By creating an account or using NestVault, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use this platform. These terms apply to all users — buyers, sellers, and visitors.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account.
• You must provide accurate, truthful information during registration.
• One account per person. Creating duplicate accounts is prohibited.

3. Seller Accounts & Verification

• Selling on NestVault requires a Seller Account, which must be approved by our admin team.
• Sellers must provide accurate business details during their application.
• NestVault reserves the right to revoke seller status for violations of these terms.
• All categories — property, farm produce, medical supplies, clothing, and services — require seller verification.

4. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account suspension:

• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• Spam — unsolicited messages, repeated identical posts, or mass commenting
• Impersonating another person or business
• Selling counterfeit, stolen, or illegal goods
• Harassment, threats, or abusive communication toward other users
• Attempting to circumvent platform security or payment systems
• Advertising unlicensed medical products or services
• Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law

5. Content & Listings

• You are responsible for all content you post, including photos, descriptions, and prices.
• Images must be your own or used with permission. No offensive or explicit content.
• NestVault may remove any listing that violates these terms without notice.
• Medical and health products must comply with applicable regulations and be sold by licensed vendors.

6. Anti-Spam & Anti-Scam Policy

• Accounts identified as spam or scam operations will be permanently suspended.
• Suspicious activity is reported to relevant authorities where required by law.
• Users can report suspicious listings or users to our admin team.
• Flagged accounts undergo review within 24 hours.

7. Privacy Policy

• We collect your name, email, and usage data to operate the platform.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
• Your email is used for account communications and important notifications only.
• You may request deletion of your account and data at any time.
• We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your data.

8. Platform Liability

• NestVault is a marketplace platform. We do not guarantee the quality, legality, or accuracy of any listing.
• All transactions are between buyers and sellers. NestVault is not a party to any transaction.
• We are not liable for any loss arising from use of the platform.

9. Enforcement

NestVault admins have the authority to suspend, flag, or permanently ban any account found in violation of these terms. Decisions are at the sole discretion of the admin team. Suspended users may appeal by contacting support.

10. Changes to Terms
